How many acorns are in the jar?

We are having a contest at our house this weekend to see which kid can most closely guess how many acorns are in the jar. The winner gets a trip to Walmart to pick out a new toy. I will count the acorns this weekend, and I will post the results and the winner’s toy after the weekend. Anyone online want to take a guess?

All these acorns were collected in our backyard over Labor Day weekend. The kids actually collected 2.5 jars of acorns in just a few days.
